Submit a Campus Notice or ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Calendar Event

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students, staff, and faculty may submit brief notices for daily campus-wide distribution in Campus Notices, and post campus events to the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Events Calendar.

Instructions

Once you click the Submit a Campus Notice or Event link below, you will be taken to a login screen. Please use the link in the gold-coloured text box at the top of the page to enter your ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï email address and password. 

In order to post a campus notice, you must have a ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï login. After you login, you will be able to submit your notice or event through a simple form. The notice or event will be reviewed by a communications staff member for approval before being published to the website.

Campus Notices

ºÚÁϳԹÏ's Campus Notices are available to all students, staff, and faculty through email subscription. The deadline for Campus Notices is 2:00 pm the work day before you'd like it posted.

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Events Calendar

ºÚÁϳԹÏ's Events Calendar lists events occurring on campus. Please ensure you provide a brief title, location, date, and time with your event submission.

Marketing and Communications reserves the right to edit and modify submissions to Campus Notices and the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Event Calendar (only events that are ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï "owned" or hosted, affiliated with ºÚÁϳԹÏ, or taking place on the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus are eligible for posting in the Calendar).
