Mental Health Awareness

Overview: Mental Health Awareness is a practical course that provides participants with a foundational understanding of mental health in the workplace. The course explores the importance of mental health, common signs and symptoms that may indicate someone is struggling, and the factors that contribute to positive mental well-being.

Participants will learn practical tools and strategies to strengthen their own mental health, build resilience, and manage workplace stress. Mental Health Awareness also examines burnout, including how to recognize warning signs, prevent burnout, and support recovery.
