| Description: | Awarded to a maximum of five returning ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï student athletes who are in good academic standing and actively participate as ambassadors of ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and Panther Sport, and practice leadership skills by playing key roles in goodwill, recruitment, and retention. |
| Background: | In 2008, the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Alumni Association began a campaign aimed at making certain that ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï student-athletes had the needed resources to be effective both on the field and in the classroom. Funds raised were for three initiatives; the creation of a new athletics facility called the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Alumni Canada Games Place in honour of the alumni support that made it a reality; the branding of a 48-seat "smart" bus; and the creation of ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Alumni Athletic Fellowships.
