Independent Third-Party Review
In December 2021, Rubin Thomlinson LLP was retained to conduct an independent third-party investigation of an allegation concerning the former president and a review of the University’s workplace policies and practices with respect to harassment and discrimination.
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï released Rubin Thomlinson’s report, called the (ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Review), in June 2023. The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Review contains a number of thoughtful recommendations to strengthen the University’s practices and policies and address any current conditions that do not reflect ºÚÁϳԹÏ’s values.
