The Hatha Yoga for Stress Release class is full (June 13 - July 4). 

A Yoga Stretch and Meditation class with Pam will be held on Mondays, 12:10 pm - 12:55 pm, June 10, 17 and 24. There are 5 spots available. Participants must pre-register by contacting Angela Marchbank at amarchbank@upei.ca. NOTE: participants in the Hatha Yoga for Stress Release class are not eligible to attend the Yoga Stretch and Meditation class. 

These free yoga and meditation classes are provided to ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï staff & faculty by the Healthy Campus Committee as part of the Employee Wellness Strategy.
