A video produced by the government of Prince Edward Island features the expertise of Jeff Collins, a sessional lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the ºÚÁϳԹÏ. Electoral reform was part of the election platform of Premier Wade MacLauchlan (president emeritus of ºÚÁϳԹÏ). In the video, Collins explains the different electoral systems being considered.
