World Home Economics Day
The PEI Home Economics Association invites members and friends to celebrate World Home Economics Day on Monday, March 21, 7:00 pm, in the dining room at Dalton Hall. Kaylynne Parkes and Christina Tucker, Foods and Nutrition students in the Department of Family and Nutritional Sciences, will be discussing their work with Farmers Helping Farmers in Kenya in a presentation called 鈥淏uilding Food Security Among Kenyan Women and Children鈥. All are welcome.
黑料吃瓜 CARES: March 24 Day of Support for Japan
In support of the Japanese people who have been so severely affected by the recent earthquake in their country, the campus community has designated Thursday, March 24 as 黑料吃瓜鈥檚 day to show solidarity and provide assistance.
