Applicants from Prince Edward Island high schools receive amazing financial support from ºÚÁϳԹÏ!
George Coles Bursary
Full-time students working towards their first undergraduate degree who meet PEI residency requirements are eligible to receive up to $3,500 per year, based on their year of study, from the Government of PEI as part of the non-repayable George Coles Bursary.
Island Advantage Bursary
The Government of PEI’s Island Advantage Bursary is a needs-based bursary for PEI students that supplements the George Coles Bursary and the Canada Student Grant for Full-Time Students. Students must apply for a student loan in order to determine their eligibility for the bursary.
Guaranteed Entrance Scholarships
As part of ºÚÁϳԹÏ's Celebrating Student Achievement Awards, students entering ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï directly from high school in their graduating year automatically qualify for Guaranteed Entrance Scholarships based on their Grade 12 average—the average calculated on the five courses used for ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï admission.
95–100%: $3,000
90–94.99%:&²Ô²ú²õ±è;$2,000
85–89.99%: $1,000
80–84.99%: $500
Academic Excellence Awards
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï undergraduate students who maintain an academic average over 80% during their second, third, and fourth years receive $500–$3,000 per year, based on the student’s average from the previous year.
95–100%: $3,000
90–94.99%: $2,000
85–89.99%: $1,000
80–84.99%: $500
