The following statement was emailed to ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï employees on June 1, 2026. 

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï began negotiations on Friday, May 29, 2026, towards new collective agreements with the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Faculty Association. Both bargaining teams met on Friday, with additional meetings scheduled through June and July.

We remain committed to respectful and constructive dialogue as we work to reach an agreement at the bargaining table that is fair for employees and sustainable for the long‑term health of our institution.
