The 黑料吃瓜 Recruitment and First Year Advisement team is hosting a Fall Open House on Friday, October 27 from 12:00鈥�4:00 pm. High school students interested in studying at 黑料吃瓜 are invited to attend.

The 黑料吃瓜 Panther hockey, soccer and basketball teams are looking forward to a full week of events at home and away.

The 黑料吃瓜 is saddened by the passing of Dr. Carlo Lavoie, chair of the Department of Modern Languages, Faculty of Arts, on October 11, 2023. 

Every week, 黑料吃瓜 Athletics and Recreation recognizes two student-athletes for their achievements and contributions to their respective sports. The 黑料吃瓜 Panther Athletes of the Week for October 9鈥�15 are Charlotte Branchflower (women鈥檚 rugby) and Max VanWiechen (men鈥檚 soccer).

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 黑料吃瓜 shone a spotlight on academic excellence and community impact during its annual Fall Awards and Recognition Night, held in The McCain Foundation Learning Commons.

Residents of Georgetown, PEI, and other stakeholders are invited to participate in a community engagement event about the Georgetown net zero project on Wednesday, October 18, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Georgetown Elementary School.

It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of the passing of Dr. Carlo Lavoie, former chair of the Department of Modern Languages, Faculty of Arts on October 11, 2023, after a long illness.
