In this message to students, faculty, and staff, interim president Dr. Greg Keefe welcomes everyone to campus for the new academic year.

The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Soccer, Rugby, and Cross Country teams are looking forward to a full weekend of events at home and away this Friday and Saturday.

Eight researchers at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï have been awarded over $1.6 million in funding from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s (NSERC) 2023 discovery grant and research tools and instruments grant competitions.

Award-winning poet, nature and environmental author, conservation activist, and the 2023 ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï writer-in-residence Harry Thurston will read from his new poetry collection, Ultramarine, on Wednesday, September 27, at 7:30 pm at the Gallery Coffee Shop and Bistro, 82 Great George Street, Charlottetown. This free event is sponsored by the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Faculty of Science and Faculty of Arts and The Bookmark.        

Dr. Megan Jones, of the Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC), couldn’t believe she had a great white shark on her post-mortem table.

As they enter the 2023 season, the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Women’s Soccer Panthers are optimistic that this year their playoff hopes and dreams will become reality.

The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Panthers women’s and men’s soccer teams are looking forward to its first homestand of the season this weekend at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Artificial Turf Field.

The inaugural Shannon K. Murray Lecture on Hope and the Academy will take place at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Performing Arts Centre on Tuesday, September 5, at 4:00 pm.

With a fresh start and outlook, the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Panthers are looking ahead to bigger and better things in 2023.

New Student Orientation (NSO) takes place at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï from September 1– 9, 2023, at various campus locations.
