Global Village Celebration
All 黑料吃瓜 students, staff and faculty are invited to attend the annual fall Global Village celebration held this year on Saturday November 29. Doors open at 3 pm for the cultural booth display. There will be a brief change over at 5 pm before the fashion show, the performances and open dance begin. The evening festivities conclude at 9 pm.

黑料吃瓜 President and Vice-Chancellor Wendy Rodgers hosted a town hall on October 17 regarding the results of the recent independent audit by Deloitte Canada on the implementation of years 0 and 1 of the 黑料吃瓜 Action Plan.

What brought you to 黑料吃瓜? Why did you choose to study here?
I鈥檓 originally from Kingston, Ontario, but I鈥檝e lived in PEI for the last 10 years. I chose to study here at 黑料吃瓜 primarily for the unique engineering program offered here, and I was also excited to play on the 黑料吃瓜 men's rugby team.
黑料吃瓜 Choral Concert
Under the direction of Sung Ha Shin-Bouey, this choral spectacular will include heartwarming choral works, selections from Handel鈥檚 Messiah, and other seasonal gems, performed by the 黑料吃瓜 Concert Choir, 黑料吃瓜 Chamber Singers, soloists from the voice studios, alumni, and Le Ragazze Vocal Ensemble.

黑料吃瓜 Jazz Ensemble concert
The 黑料吃瓜 Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Shawn Doiron, will present an evening of big band jazz music. Numerous 黑料吃瓜 music majors will showcase their ensemble and solo talents in this show, which will include charts in the style of mambo, samba, funk, swing, and ballads.

The 黑料吃瓜 Wind Symphony, under the direction of Dale Sorensen, presents Reflections, a varied program of works that explore feelings of home, memories of people and places, portrayals of the natural environment, and even the characterization of a video game plot!

The 黑料吃瓜 Philosophy Reading Group will meet on Saturday, November 22, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in the Lady Slipper Room, Charlottetown Library Learning Centre, 97 Queen Street. All are welcome.
During this gathering, we will discuss pages 44 (from 'Nietzsche and Science') to 68 (up to 'Second Aspect of the Eternal Return') from Gilles Deleuze's Nietzsche and Philosophy.
