AVC faculty member publishes third book

Dr. Frederick Kibenge, chair of the Department of Pathology and Microbiology at AVC, has published his third book, Aquaculture Pharmacology, with co-editors Dr. Bernardo Baldisserotto, professor of physiology, Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil, and Dr. Roger Sie-Maen Chong, research aquatic pathologist, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), Australia.

A new book by ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï professor Dr. James Randall offers up island studies as a tool to better understand our own world of islands. An Introduction to Island Studies is an approachable look at this interdisciplinary field—from islands as biodiversity hotspots, their settlement, human migration and occupation, through to the place of islands in the popular imagination.
