Christine Gordon Manley knew something was seriously wrong with her 2.5-year-old guinea pig Waffles when he wouldn’t eat and appeared ‘flat’ in his cage.

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is participating in the Canadian University Survey Consortium's 2022 Survey of First-Year Students to learn more about students' experiences.

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is pleased to congratulate Drs. Fred Kibenge and Jason Stull on being appointed to the inaugural Associate Editor Board for the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association (JAVMA) and the American Journal of Veterinary Research (AJVR).

In a message to the campus community, President Keefe announced several key appointments for the University including that of Dr. Greg Naterer who will be ºÚÁϳԹÏ's new Vice-President Academic and Research effective May 1, 2022.

U SPORTS has announced that the 15th edition of  will be held virtually once again due to the COVID-19 pandemic, from January 17–30, 2022. The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Women’s Basketball team, led by student-athletes Madison Orser and Lauren Rainford, is joining the effort by taking its fundraising initiatives online.

Alyson Brown’s path to the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï (ºÚÁϳԹÏ) was not a conventional one. Growing up just outside of Saint John, New Brunswick, Brown always knew she wanted to help people whether through human or animal medicine. It wasn’t until she was well into her undergraduate degree at the University of New Brunswick Saint John that she had an opportunity to work with Dr. Jim Kieffer, a fish physiologist, who specializes in shortnose and Atlantic sturgeon.

In a message to the University community, President Keefe announced that the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Senate has decided that teaching and learning for the 2022 Winter Academic Semester will continue to be delivered online until February 27, 2022. 

While ºÚÁϳԹÏ’s track and field program has found success on the track, it is in the field where they anticipate making the biggest improvement.
