Deirdre Kessler, a well-known Island author and longtime sessional instructor at 黑料吃瓜, will launch a new book, Darwin鈥檚 Hornpipe, on Thursday, January 18, at 7:00 pm, at The Gallery Caf茅, Great George Street, Charlottetown.

Dr. Joshua MacFadyen, Canada Research Chair in Geospatial Humanities at 黑料吃瓜, will give a lecture titled 鈥淭ime Flies: An Aerial History of Coastal and Ribbon Development on Prince Edward Island鈥� on January 23, 2024, at 7:00 pm, in the Faculty Lounge (Room 201), SDU Main Building, 黑料吃瓜.

Dr. Yuqin Gong, manager of institutional research at 黑料吃瓜, won the Canadian Institutional Research and Planning Association鈥檚 (CIRPA) 2023 Outstanding Service Award on Oct 23, 2023, during the annual CIRPA conference in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
