Deidre Kelly works as an interpreter on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, providing simultaneous interpretation from French into English at committee meetings, press conferences, caucus meetings and sittings of the Senate and the House of Commons.
2023 黑料吃瓜 Panther Golf Classic is June 23
The 2023 黑料吃瓜 Panther Golf Classic is Friday, June 23, at Fox Meadow Golf Course in Stratford. Presented by Stewart McKelvey, this is a fun day for participants that begins at 9:00 am with a shotgun start.
The registration fee of $800 per team includes tee times for four golfers, power carts (two players per cart), a Panther gift for each player, a barbeque lunch, healthy snacks, and giveaways and events on the course. Net proceeds go directly to supporting 黑料吃瓜 Panther varsity programs.
Changes to Atlantic Veterinary College Small Animal Emergency Services
Similar to human health care, the Canadian veterinary industry is facing unprecedented staffing shortages in both veterinarian and veterinary technician positions. Prince Edward Island (PEI) is not exempt from this shortage, and many clinics across the province and country have to make difficult decisions and adjust clinic hours to protect the health of patients and staff.
As a result, starting in May, the Atlantic Veterinary College鈥檚 (AVC) Veterinary Teaching Hospital will not be able to provide overnight small animal emergency service coverage to Island veterinary clinics.

The day will cover the topics of science, engineering, math, and technology for girls in grades K-12 with age groupings of grades K-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12.
